Our counselling training courses are fully accredited and recognised by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) and are compatible with British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) requirements (www.bacp.co.uk).  Based upon CPCAB’s developmental model (www.cpcab.co.uk) we combine practical counselling skills with the underpinning theory. Throughout the courses the focus is maintained on personal growth and self development.  All our trainers are practising counsellors, as well as, qualified lectures and members of BACP.

Walden The Roots is also a recognised centre by the Awarding Body Consortium (ABC) (www.abcawards.co.uk). To enhance our trainees careers prospects in counselling we offer courses from both CPCAB and ABC awarding bodies.
